In America today, as in all across the developed planet, corporations are the norm. Virtually everything is incorporated.

A corporation sets up a fictitious entity that implicitly has it's own hierarchy/control structure, set of rules/laws (charter), limited liability, controlled by just one or a few individuals and legal privileges to name but just a few pertinent attributes. It is a "legal", as opposed to "lawful", construct. Legal and lawful understand are not the same in the world of law... let the complexes begin.

In the fictitious legal netherworld where corporations reside there is it's own language, vernacular, lexicon that is NOT the same as real world language. In the legal netherworld a word will have one meaning and implication yet the same word in the real world we live in will have a completely different meaning and implication in common usage. Are you a "Person"? "Driving a car" is NOT the same as "traveling using the common transport of the day". Do you "Understand?" Just trying to comprehend the difference in word meanings between these two worlds is in and of itself the definition of "Complex".

Not just the expected "Open for business" entities, as you might assume, are corporations today. Apparently there are more entities out there besides Walmart and McDonalds that are "Open for business" incorporated. One of significance to your life is the government itself. Our entire government system from top to bottom has been incorporated. Yes, the Federal government is actually a corporation, so are your states and virtually every municipality right down to your smallest hamlet USA. In the DeJur government world the federal government is the bottom of the command authority. Your county/local government, the people themselves, being the highest. In the legal corporate government netherworld in which we are all living it is exactly the opposite, flipped upside down, reversed. The Federal corporation owns the state corporations who own the county corporations... To make matters worse... US Inc., DC, is not even part of America. From America's perspective it is a foreign corporation and country that only has jurisdiction in the ten mile square area of DC and other jurisdictional claims such as "US Citizens". Like any corporation they have financial statements. Upon examination many would declare it is a "for profit" operation though the government claims it is broke no money for you! Corporate congress "Statutes" and "Acts" have the force of law for those in their jurisdiction but are NOT "Law". Confusing is a major symptom of "Complex".

Of even more significance to your life you yourself J. Q. Public USA have been incorporated. Your birth certificate registered you as an asset to buy, sell and borrow against. Human Resource? That resource is part of the corporate control structure. All those "Not-Law" Statutes and Acts apply to your fictitious birth certificate entity. "J. Q. Public... Are you that 'Person(legal: corporation)'?" Yes? Well.. there you go... you just told them you represent that corporation that they own and control. You just told them you are in their netherworld jurisdiction. But don't feel bad about it. You're talking one language, they another. They knew it you didn't. Ignorance of the law is no defense and they make sure most are ignorant of the law. As a corporate citizen of US Inc., DC, you are not allowed to own anything nor make your own decisions nor question what they do with your money they stole from you. We are ALL on the plantation now. They have so many legal entrapment land mines placed in the field of life you are trying to cross it is almost impossible to not step on at least one, if not many! It's enough to give a "person" a "Complex".

So who is in control? We the People? Not hardly... Those people don't exist anymore. They all moved out of America into the US Inc., DC, corporate netherworld. As a "US Citizen" corporate asset of the corporate command chain follow it back to the top. That would be the Federal US Inc, DC, corporation... right? Nice assumption but wrong. The Federal US Inc., DC, corporation took on the Central bank scam in 1913. The central bank scam, they knew, would result in US Inc., DC, going bankrupt unable to repay the International handful of central bankers. So the US Inc., DC, goes bankrupt, into receivership, it is owned and totally controlled by the very small handful of international bankers. US Inc., DC, is there to manage the bankruptcy for the bankers. NOT for you where ever did you get an idea like that? All assets of US Inc., DC, are now the Central banks assets. US Inc., DC, has maneuvered itself to own and control it all and the central bankers own and control US Inc., DC. Is this too "Complex"?.

At this point, everything is a corporation. Corporations want to amass power, control and money. A corporate netherworld, corrupt helps a lot here, has been created. Enter the "Industrial Complexes"!

As if it wasn't complex enough...

Industrial Complexes use the force of corporate government to advance their profits and dominance in this corporate legal netherworld. Pass a "Law" you all have to buy their product! Pass a "Law" anyone even thinking of cutting into their action is terminated with governmental bureaucracy. Pass a "Law" and it is legal to do anything you wish to do, though not Lawful. Pass a "Law" and wham, bam, presto, chango your assets are now their assets! Is it any wonder that today in modern fascist America corporations are actually writing the "Laws" corporate government "Enacts"? The oil industry in charge of the EPA? The pharmaceutical industry in charge of the FDA? The agricultural industries in charge of the USDA? And of course the big one you have all heard about... The military industrial corporate control of the Pentagon. It's just good business you understand. Nothing personal I can assure you. Wow... a Complex-Complex!

These "Industrial Complexes" are pandemic. A major symptom of the legal corporate netherworld we all live in now. A few have already been specifically mentioned. How about "Government-Industrial", "Prison-Industrial", "Medical-Industrial", Educational-Industrial"... you get the idea. Understand these "Complexes" do exactly the opposite of what they are in business for. Let me clarify.. Military industrial does NOT want peace loves war. Medical does not want health loves sickness. It's all just good business, nothing personal. We just love a good "Complex"!

Honestly, if you do the research, it is quickly revealed and realized that there is an "Unseen quiet war" being waged upon America by none other than "our" very own federal government.

In case you haven't noticed our federal government is waging war against us openly declaring all of us "Enemies of the state".

Let me see if I understand all this "Food Safety" thing correctly...

They are sending in swat teams guns drawn into co-ops and private farms with un-armed woman and children because... they are selling Whole Milk! Little children traumatized for life over this insanity is ok compared to the dangers of whole milk!

They are outlawing herbal and natural food supplements... you know.. garlic will become a drug controlled by the FDA you'll need a prescription to get it. We can't have people selling supplements endangering all of us like that. Our health, safety and well being is first and foremost with "Our" government!

Three girls selling lemonade to work up some money to buy tickets are shut down by police they could be endangering the public health. They have no idea where their "sugar" comes from... and besides... they need multi-hundred dollar licenses to do that.

This same government that will terrorize children selling lemonade to keep us safe and healthy recommends putting fluoride, you know the highly toxic and poisonous industrial waste compound, into your absolutely no dosage control public water... For your health!

Research the artificial sweetener Aspartame. A major public health hazard "Approved" for use by the government because Rumsfeld had holdings in the company that would make money off it. He forced it to be approved though it would not have been normally. Ah... people in high places. It was a major disaster at the FDA several people quit over the whole incident.... it was kept very quiet and unseen. Don't worry they are keeping you safe and healthy.

Your infant children are injected with mercury "preserved" medicines. Mercury the extreme neuro-toxin infants are getting dosages off the safety charts. We have an autism epidemic today, all kinds of neurological disorders. I'm sure injecting massive amounts of mercury into toddlers and infants has absolutely nothing to do with it. It is for your health!

Go into a grocery store. What food is genetically modified and what is not? Can't tell can you? They'll tell you how much salt is in the food but WON"T tell you if it's even food! It just looks like food but... nnnngh.. not really it's just a genetically unstable look alike. Why is cotton growing under my skin? It's for your health!

Can you even pronounce half of the ingredients in factory foods? They have absolutely no relation at all to food and are actually chemicals manufactured to increase profits... oh sorry.. I mean to make the food safe and healthy! All government approved because they want to protect you and keep your food safe!

Insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, hormones, antibiotics, pesticides, preservatives, coloring, enhancers and of course all the chemical fertilizers. Major health issues surrounding each and every one of these items. Each and every one is government "Approved" for use in your food. It is safe don't worry the government said so!

America.. home of the most advanced medical technology on the planet is also home of one of the worst public health conditions. Don't worry... "Our" government is there protecting us.

And we all know our health, safety and well being is first and foremost with "Our" government. It's not like we're their enemy and they are quietly and unseen trying to do us all harm is it?

The UN Codex Alimentarius. The obvious first question about this that comes to mind is "Where do they come up with these labels?". This one is a doozy it sure sounds... like something important whatever it is!? Try throwing that label around in your social network circles and see how fast they move away from you like your talking Greek.

I'll tell you what it is. It is a UN agenda to get every country on the planet to turn control of food over to them. Not only that but it makes nutrition bad and poison good. There are estimates that if it is implemented world wide it will kill off about 1/3 of the planet population... and increase corporate profits in the process!

Now another question you should be asking yourself about a UN program that could turn vitamin supplements into controlled substances and at the same time bring back 7 out of 9 globally banned poisons, like DDT, saying this should be in your food. "Self, Why haven't I heard about all this?".

That's a really good question you just asked yourself! Do you think maybe that is the whole reason why just a very few corporations basically control all of mass media? Do you think maybe the whole point of buying up almost the entire mass media engine was specifically to make sure you did not hear about, or know anything of, things like this?

Or.. maybe much more likely these days...

Some food control destruction program that was the brainchild of a Nuremberg convicted Nazi that is now adopted policy of the UN being forced upon the entire planet just does not come up to the same level of importance as dirt on Paris or yesterday's sports scores?

I don't know, either one, or maybe both, could be the reason it is not reported and very few know anything at all about Codex Alimentarius.

One thing has certainly become clear. As of late concerning the powers behind the powers and their agenda for us, their personal livestock, they want to cull the herd. There is just way too many of us it would be ideal to kill off 80%, or so, of the planet population. Get it down to a manageable it could never be a real threat to our control, thats all that we need anyways, level. I mean one needs only look around and "agenda's" abound these days that all have one common theme and thread tying them together.. extreme damage to the population numbers. Except for the WWIII they are trying to start, for this reason and others, Codex Alimentarius may actually come in as the second runner up for agenda's deadly to the mass populous.

It's brilliant! Leave it up to a Nuremberg convicted Nazi to come up with this level of death, control and profits outside of war. No wonder the UN jumped all over it and are now pushing it on every nation in the world. It matches their agenda exactly, what a coincidence.

Now I know everyone is told and taught that we have a "representative" government. You know... the will of the people is expressed in the halls of government? Congress is simply humble servants of the public trust? Congress is there to protect and serve you and your country? These people are the purest of the pure among us sacrificing their lives this way for love of country and civic duty? Criminality exists everywhere except in your congress!

Someone has taken the time to investigate the slimy back room deals inside DC that goes into the making and passing of a legislative act. In this case it is about S.510 – THE ‘FOOD SAFETY MODERNIZATION ACT’.

First off understand according to our original documents, you remember, The Constitution, only congress, not the senate, not the president, not the Supreme Court, can present for consideration "laws". Notice the "S" in front of this bill's designation? That would be someone in the Senate submitted this legislation to be considered for law. The Senate, according to the Constitution, has no authority to submit laws for consideration. Right there in and of itself this is a big indicator that The Constitution, rule of law as we know it, no longer exists.

It gets even better...

Now consider this legislation itself.. S.510 – THE ‘FOOD SAFETY MODERNIZATION ACT’. What it amounts to, I know the title sounds wonderful they love us and want to protect us so much, is that it will make criminal anyone to produce and grow food except for a handful of agricultural corporations. That's right, technically even a garden in your back yard will become a federal crime. This, does this even need saying anymore, is for your protection. Why anyone would think a law that makes it a crime to eat something growing in your yard instead of paying a corporation to provide it for you might actually be Fascist Corporatism at it's finest is beyond me.

Getting back to "Your" congress in action examined by this investigation it quickly can be learned that laws are for sale to the highest bidders. What can also be learned is that even the corporations themselves can stand on two different sides of any legislative proposal. Locking in some corporation's profits backed up by the force of law, you will buy their product or pay fines and/or go to jail. Some corporations will benefit from the "law", others will lose.

What can be sweeter for the criminals who have the pens in their hands that are needed to write "laws"? Two adversaries bidding against each other! They offered me $5 can you do better?

Making your food "safe": WHAT SENATORS GOT PAID OFF TO SUPPORT S.510 – THE ‘FOOD SAFETY MODERNIZATION ACT’?

The following is a list of U.S Senators and the Bribes (I mean campaign contributions) that these Senators received from Special Interest Groups to either support or oppose S.510 – The FDA Food Safety and Modernization Act. I have listed the names of the Senators, the Party and State, and the amount of Special Interest Bribes (I mean campaign contributions) that they received:

I have to admit financial savvy concerning stocks, investment funds and the like is not something I spent a lot of time developing. It is almost an aversion to me don't even like it. So when it comes to understanding the collapse that is happening on Wall Street and the government agencies supposedly watchdogging it I am clueless. I don't like the idea of making a fortune simply by manipulating commodities and produce, or provide, nothing in return for it. To me that is simply parasitic on the system.

There are those however that do not feel that way and in fact not only do this but actually have a hand in manipulating the prices of the commodities themselves to further their parasitic profits. In the process destroying entities that have served many for over a century. Not only did they not produce or provide they specifically and knowing manipulated destruction for profit. The government agencies we pay for, FTC, stands mute as all this criminal activity destroys major entities.

If you are already savvy about this and well informed then this blog can offer you little. However if you are like me and this is not your "forte" lets say then here are three YouTubes that can help explain the Hedge Fund disasters, plural. More to come I am sure as Wall Street criminal activity is not prosecuted by the FTC anymore. Apparently, like most government agencies, they have gone criminal also. Also, like most government agencies, they must have been taken over and are now controlled by the very industries they are supposed to be policing. Destroy entire financial holdings and even the countries economy criminal and that goes unpunished. Where are all the prosecutions and convictions for all this activity? Sorry, that is protected now. However if a light goes out on your car you are terrorized and prosecuted to the max for it!

True to form, the Obama administration’s response has been to oppose any action that might upset the banks, like a temporary moratorium on foreclosures while some of the issues are resolved. Instead, it is asking the banks, very nicely, to behave better and clean up their act. I mean, that’s worked so well in the past, right?
